Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Handmade pieces

  • Limited editions

  • Custom products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

Please note: Refunds or returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind

  • You selected the wrong size (we provide exact sizing charts under each product)

However, if the issue is on our end (wrong item, wrong size sent, etc.), we will accept the return and either issue a full refund or send you a replacement.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming its receipt and whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to post, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to collect the package are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please ensure your address is correct before submitting your order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Re-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).

  3. Contact your bank (delays may occur before the refund is officially posted).

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@ataldo.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us at support@ataldo.com with your order details.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary.
